Gottesberg is a wasteland and part of the municipality of the town of Bogen in the Lower Bavarian district of Straubing-Bogen .

It is located in the Degernbach district one and a half kilometers northwest of Degernbach .

In the census of 1861, Gottesberg was a district of Windberg, had nine inhabitants and belonged to the district of the Catholic parish of Windberg. 1978 Gottesberg was reclassified together with Osterberg and Mitterbühl from Windberg to the city of Bogen.
