Goudi Olympic Hall

The facility was completed on March 31, 2004 and officially opened on July 31, 2004. The Goudi Olympic Hall is part of the Goudi Olympic Complex alongside the Olympic Modern Pentathlon Center . The total area of the complex is 231,700 m². The complex is located in the east city center of Athens (28.5 km from the Olympic Village). The badminton competitions as well as the shooting and fencing competitions of the modern pentathlon took place in the Goudi Olympic Hall . The audience capacity was 4,100 (badminton) or 3,000 (modern pentathlon) seats.
Use after the Olympics
After the Olympic Games, the Badminton Theater moved into the area .
