Graf Luckner ( French : Les Aventures du capitaine Lückner ) is a German- French television series in color that was produced in 39 episodes from 1971 to 1973. At the same time, a five-part, half-hour documentary series was produced under the title In the footsteps of the seafarers - A globetrotter and Luckner fan told , in which the actor Nino Korda appeared in a supporting story.

The series takes place in the period between the First and Second World War in Hamburg , on Borkum , the Mediterranean , the Caribbean , South America and Australia , with the filming all taking place in Mediterranean ports.
