Reent Reins
Reent Reins (born October 10, 1943 in Otterndorf ) is a German actor as well as radio play and voice actor .
Life
Reins completed an artistic education at the State University for Music and Performing Arts with Eduard Marks and Rolf Nagel between 1962 and 1965 . He made his stage debut in 1965 at the Landesbühne Niedersachsen-Mitte as "Peter" in The Diary of Anne Frank . Further stage stations were the Ruhrfestspiele Recklinghausen , Cologne , Stuttgart , Essen as well as the Deutsche Schauspielhaus and the Ernst Deutsch Theater in Hamburg . In over 30 years of stage activity, Reins embodied numerous classic characters such as the "Puck" from Shakespeare's Midsummer Night 's Dream at the Lower Saxony-Mitte state stage in 1965 , the "students" in a staging of Franz Kafka's trial at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in 1973, directed by Oscar Fritz Schuh , in 1973 the "Banquo" in a production of Shakespeare's Macbeth directed by Hansgünther Heymes at the Ruhrfestspiele Recklinghausen, which was also recorded for television, in 1984 the "Newton" in Friedrich Dürrenmatt's Die Physiker , in 1986 the "Melchtal" in Schiller's Wilhelm Tell , 1990 again the "Puck", each directed by Heymes in Essen.
In 1965, Reins made his television debut in the production One Day - Report from a German Concentration Camp in 1939, directed by Egon Monk . In the following years he played in various television plays, stage adaptations such as Goethe's Egmont and Shakespeare's Macbeth and in the Franco-German adventure series Graf Luckner about the eponymous "sea devil". In addition, he took on guest roles in numerous television series and series such as Tatort , Polizeifunk ruft , Percy Stuart , Wolffs Revier , Großstadtrevier , Lawyer Abel , Coast Guard and SOKO Wismar .
Reins is also known to a wide audience for his voice. He spoke for radio plays like Die Drei ??? and TKKG , computer games and was station voice for various television stations. Reins works particularly extensively as a voice actor . He is the standard German speaker for Don Johnson and has lent his voice to many other internationally known colleagues such as Michael Landon in An Angel on Earth , Alec Baldwin in The Murderer and the Lady , Beau Bridges in The Great Bluff in the Sperrgebiet , David Carradine in Die Faust the Rebels , Tony Curtis in Rivals , Marc Singer in V - The Extraterrestrial Visitors Are Coming, and John Shea in Superman - The Adventures of Lois & Clark . In the anime series Naruto and Naruto Shippuden , Reins lends his voice to the nine-tailed fox spirit (Kyuubi) .
