Gudme Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Gudme Herred in what was then Svendborg Amt , then to Gudme Kommune in Fyns Amt , which was merged into Svendborg Municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

1235 inhabitants live in the parish, 893 of them in the former Gudme community center (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Gudme Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are Hesselager Sogn in the east, Oure Sogn in the south-east, Brudager Sogn in the south-west and Gudbjerg Sogn in the west , and in the Nyborg commune Langå Sogn in the north .
