Hall of Fame of the Billiard Congress of America
The induction into the Hall of Fame of the Billiard Congress of America recognizes billiards players as well as those who have contributed greatly to the development and popularization of billiards. The first recordings took place in 1966; 58 people have now been inducted into the BCA Hall of Fame.
Admission criteria
There are currently three minimum admission criteria:
- Minimum age of 40 years
- Professional career for at least 10 years
- significant success in tournaments in the United States
Players who meet these criteria can be selected by the USBMA Hall of Fame Board in the “Greatest Players” category. The player with the highest percentage of approval is inducted into the Hall of Fame. In addition, a second person can be introduced into the Hall of Fame, even if their percentage is over 70% approval.
