Harald and Eddi was a sketch series in the first with the two main actors Harald Juhnke and Eddi Arent .
There were four seasons with a total of 24 episodes that were produced by NDR from 1987 to 1989 . Each episode lasted 25 minutes. In the sketches, which lasted less than a minute to a few minutes at most, both actors appeared as the main characters, mostly together with supporting actors.
The series was a huge hit with the audience. The shooting was occasionally made more difficult by personal differences between Juhnke and Arent. Some of the skits are originally from the British series The Two Ronnies .
