Market court of Einersheim
The Herrschaftsgericht Markt Einersheim was a district court of the Counts von Rechteren-Limpurg in Markt Einersheim . It existed from 1814 to 1848 as an administrative unit of the Rezatkreis . In 1848 it was converted into a judicial and police authority, which expired in 1849.

The lordship court bordered on the lordship courts Burghaslach , Hohenlandsberg , Schwarzenberg , the district court Markt Bibart and the Lower Main district .
structure
The ruling court was divided into two tax districts, which were administered by the Scheinfeld Rent Office:
- Hellmitzheim with Bruckhof , Seehof and Waldhof
- Einersheim market with Herrnmühle , Possenheim , Schwarzmühle , Secretary Mill and Steinmühle
- New courtyard to the Iphofen tax district
- Enzlar to the tax district Markt Bibart
- Forest house to the tax district Neundorf
- Mönchsondheim , Kidney Mill , Obere Dorfmühle , Schwarzmühle to the tax district Willanzheim
In 1818 four rural communities belonged to the ruling court:
- Einersheim market with Eckelheimer Mühle (= Secretary's mill), Eselsmühle (= Herrnmühle), Schwarzmühle and Steinmühle
- Hellmitzheim with Bruckhof, Enzlar, Forsthaus, Obere Dorfmühle , Seehof, Untere Mühle and Waldhof
- Mönchsondheim with village mill, kidney mill and lower mill
- Possenheim with a new courtyard
In 1818 there were 1804 residents in the Markt Einersheim court, who were divided into 418 families and lived in 319 properties.
Mönchsondheim was handed over to the district court of Markt Bibart after 1829 . Neundorf came after 1829 from the regional court in Markt Bibart and Gollhofen from the regional court in Uffenheim to the court in Markt Einersheim.
In 1840, the Markt Einersheim ruling court was 2 1 ⁄ 2 square miles in size. There were 2258 inhabitants, of which 19 were Catholics and 2239 Protestants. There were 19 localities: 1 market, 4 parish villages and 14 wastelands . There were a total of 5 municipalities: 1 market municipality and 4 rural municipalities:
- Hellmitzheim with Bruckhof, Obere Mühle, Seehof, Untere Mühle and Waldhof
- Gollhofen with the Herrenmühle , Stoffelsmühle and brickworks
- Einersheim market with donkey mill, new courtyard, black mill, Secretarius mill and stone mill
- Neundorf
- Possenheim with forester's house
