Hertzberg (also Polonized Arcemberski or Herczemberk , Herczembarski , Herczemberski , Arcemberski de Arczembark ) is the name of an old Pomeranian noble family with the parent house of the same name (now part of Okonek ) in the Neustettin district .

history

The gender appears for the first time in a document on April 14, 1378 and then appears in two family lines.

The family coat of arms is divided (diagonally), at the top in silver a soaring red stag (tens), at the bottom with red and blue. On the helmet with its blue and silver blankets, three overturned, blue flicked red arrows with silver tips.

" Deer over chess " is the recurring motif of a group of coats of arms of several Pomeranian noble families.
