Ecclesiastically, Hillohe belongs to the parish Lauterhofen in the Habsberg deanery . The place is considered to be the headquarters of the ministerial family of the Hullocher . The most famous offspring of the family, Feldhauptmann Seyfried Schweppermann , was born here around 1257.
