Nattershofen is a district of the Lauterhofen market . It's a village.

Ecclesiastically, Nattershofen belongs to the parish Lauterhofen in the Habsberg deanery . Since 1955/1956 Nattersdorf has had its own branch church with Maria Königin. The foundation stone was laid on September 10, 1955 and the church consecration took place on December 23, 1956. The interior (baroque high altar, the Way of the Cross and the figures of St. Paul and Peter) come from the Lutzmannstein parish church , which was located on the Hohenfels training area.

On May 1, 1978, Engelsberg was incorporated into Lauterhofen with Nattershofen (town hall), Finsterhaid , Hillohe , Holzheim , Mantlach and Thürsnacht .

Architectural monuments are the Maria Hilf forest chapel on the Dietrichstein from the 18th and 19th centuries. Century, a former tavern and a statue of Sebastian .
