On July 1, 1972, the Schlögelsmühle was incorporated into Lauterhofen by the Pfaffenhofen community . The remainder of Pfaffenhofen with Hellberg , Pattershofen and Sankt Lampert was incorporated into Kastl on May 1, 1978 . The only architectural monument is the St. Maria village chapel from the beginning of the 19th century.
