Ballertshofen is a district of the Lauterhofen market . It's a village.

Ecclesiastically, Ballertshofen belongs to the Deinschwang branch of the Traunfeld parish in the Habsberg deanery .

On May 1, 1978 Deinschwang was incorporated into Lauterhofen with Ballertshofen, Freiberg , Grafenbuch and Mettenhofen . The only monument is a stable house from 1872.
