Hirschegg has districts called Au, Dürenboden, Letze, Nebenwasser and Wäldele.
The Aubach, Mühlebach and Schwarzwasserbach flow into the Breitach .
The mountains of Hirschegg belong to the Allgäu Alps , which are part of the northern Eastern Alps. The striking mountain near Hirschegg is the Hohe Ifen with a height of 2230 m .
