history

In 1282 the place was first mentioned as "Hevnbur". But it was probably founded around 900.

The Fraisch north of the little Weisach was exercised by the Counts of Castell and the barons of Munster zu Lisberg , south of the Kleine Weisach by the Lords of Schwarzenberg . The imperial city of Nuremberg and Nuremberg owners held the lordship over the individual properties .

As part of the community edict, Hombeer was assigned to the Markt Taschendorf tax district formed in 1811, and from 1813 it belonged to the rural community of Markt Taschendorf. On October 31, 1819, it was changed to the rural community of Kleinweisach , and on August 4, 1823 to the newly formed rural community of Altershausen . On January 1, 1972, Hombeer was incorporated into Markt Taschendorf as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
