Hubert Suschka (born June 4, 1925 in Breslau , Silesia , † July 6, 1986 in Hamburg ) was a German actor and voice actor .

Life

From 1946 to 1948 Suschka took acting lessons at the drama school of the German Theater in Berlin with Gerda Müller and Paul Bildt . After that he belonged to the ensemble of the theater. In 1959 he went to the Federal Republic.

He worked as a theater actor in Hamburg at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus , and on stages in Bielefeld , Bochum , Bad Hersfeld , Munich , Bregenz , Hanover , West Berlin , Neuss and Castrop-Rauxel . In 1965 he appeared in Nemo in the lead role of Captain Nemo . He played other important roles in the Durbridge adaptation Melissa , in the five-part documentary television film Civil War in Russia as Josef Stalin directed by Wolfgang Schleif and in Perrak (1970) directed by Alfred Vohrer . He had a leading role in the crime series Sonderdezernat K1 from 1972 to 1982 and played the investigator Kurt Diekmann in all 23 episodes. He also had appearances in crime series such as The perpetrator on the trail , The old man and Derrick .

Suschka also worked as a voice actor, voicing the villain Kim Ivan in the animated series Captain Future , lending his voice to Robert Stephens in the horror film The Death Scream and Leslie Nielsen in the comedy The unbelievable journey in a crazy plane .
