IC 2267 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBc in the constellation Cancer on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 90 million light years from the Milky Way and about 60,000 light years in diameter.

In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 501 , IC 2268 , IC 2271 , IC 2282 .

The object was discovered by Max Wolf on January 9, 1901 .
