IC 2267 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBc in the constellation Cancer on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 90 million light years from the Milky Way and about 60,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 501 , IC 2268 , IC 2271 , IC 2282 .
The object was discovered by Max Wolf on January 9, 1901 .
