IC 2392 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type S in the constellation Cancer on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 275 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 50,000 ly. 
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies IC 2398 , IC 2406 , IC 2409 .
The object was discovered by Max Wolf on January 13, 1901 .
