IC 2400 is a spiral radio galaxy of the Hubble type Sc in the constellation Lynx in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 356 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 85,000 ly.
In the same area of ​​the sky are the galaxies IC 2401 and IC 2405 , among others .

The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on February 14, 1896 .
