IC 2401 is a lens-shaped radio galaxy of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Lynx in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 543 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 190,000 ly.
In the same area of ​​the sky are the galaxies IC 2400 and IC 2405 .

The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on February 14, 1896 .
