IC 3670 is an elliptical galaxy of Hubble type E2 in the constellation Virgo north of the ecliptic . It is an estimated 325 million light years from the Milky Way and about 45,000 light years across.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 4621 , IC 809 , IC 3672 , IC 3684 .
The object was on 10 May 1904 by Royal Harwood Frost discovered
