IC 3651 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Haar der Berenice in the northern sky . It is an estimated 211 million light years from the Milky Way and about 65,000 light years in diameter .
The galaxies NGC 4613 , IC 3632 , IC 3642 , IC 3646 are located in the same area of the sky .
The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 23, 1903 .
