Ilse Pausin (born February 7, 1919 in Vienna ; † August 6, 1999 ) was an Austrian figure skater who started in pair skating .

At the end of the 1930s, Ilse Pausin competed in pair skating with her brother Erik Pausin . At that time they were the second best figure skating couple in the world behind Maxi Herber and Ernst Baier .

From 1936 to 1941 they won the Austrian championships . From 1937 to 1939 they were vice European champions behind Herber and Baier and vice world champions from 1935 to 1939 , in 1935 behind Hungarians Emilie Rotter and László Szollás and from 1936 to 1939 behind Herber and Baier. They also won the silver medal behind the Germans at the 1936 Olympic Games in Garmisch-Partenkirchen . After the Anschluss , the Pausins ​​started in 1939 for the German Reich. Thus, they were part of the only all-German podium at the world figure skating championships at the 1939 World Cup .
