Ilya Urushev (born June 16, 1987 in Tallinn , Estonian SSR ) is an Estonian ice hockey player who has been playing in Colmar in the French division 3 , the fourth division of the country, since 2015 .

Career

Urushev began his career as a hockey player with HK Karud-Monstera Tallinn in his hometown, for whom he made his debut in the Meistriliiga at the age of 15 . In 2004 he moved to the Czech Republic for HC Slovan Ústí nad Labem , for whom he played in the local U20 league. He then changed clubs every year until 2012. His stations took him to Russia, France and the United States, where he won the Rod Davidson Cup of the All American Hockey League in 2010 with the Evansville IceMen . However, he spent the 2007/08 season in his Estonian homeland with the Tartu Big Diamonds , with whom he played in the Latvian league and won the Estonian Supercup by beating national champions and local rivals Tartu Kalev-Välk 4-2 . Since 2012 he has been playing in his Estonian homeland again and won the Estonian national championship title with Tallinn Viiking Sport in 2013 and 2014 and with Tartu Kalev-Välk in 2015 . From 2015 to 2017 he played for HC Panter Tallinn . He then moved again to France, where he plays with the Titans de Colmar in Division 3 , the fourth division of the country.

International

In the junior division, Titarenko took part for Estonia in the U18 World Championships in Division II in 2003 , 2004 and 2005 as well as in the U20 World Championships in Division I in 2004 , 2005 and 2007 and in Division II in 2006 .

He played with the men's national team at the World Championships in Division I in 2006 , 2007 , 2008 , 2013 and 2015 and in Division II in 2012 . He was also part of the Estonians' squad for the Olympic qualification for the Winter Games in Pyeongchang 2018 , but was not used.
