Jörg Knochée

Jörg Knochée , also Jörg Knoche , (born December 6, 1944 in Druxberge ; † October 27, 1989 in Berlin ) was a German actor .

Life

After studying acting, which he began in 1964 at the Konrad Wolf Academy of Film and Television (HFF) in Potsdam-Babelsberg and graduated in 1968 from the State Drama School in Berlin-Schöneweide , he made his debut in Cottbus . While still a student, he took on his first major role in a DEFA film: In Herrmann Zschoche's film Karla in the role of the unadjusted student Rudi Schimmelpfennig. The film was in the course of the XI. Plenary session of the Central Committee of the SED was forbidden and only saw its premiere on June 14, 1990, so that Knochée did not see the premiere of this film.

After completing his studies, Knochée took on numerous mainly minor and supporting roles in film and television. He became known to a wide audience through his role as Winfried in the television series Zur See . In addition, he was also active as a speaker and voice actor.
