Jaime King
Jaime King , often also Jamie King , (born April 23, 1979 in Omaha , Nebraska ) is an American actress and model . Especially during her modeling career, she was also known as James King , as her modeling agency already had a Jaime client.
Life
King began her career as a model , was a top model at the age of 16 and became addicted to heroin . After her boyfriend's drug death, she underwent rehab and has been considered clean since 1997.
She made her film debut in 2001 in the independent film Happy Campers . This was followed by roles in the major film productions Pearl Harbor and Bulletproof Monk . King had her final breakthrough in 2005 with her double role in the comic book version Sin City .
In the 2010 film The Pardon , she played the historical person Toni Jo Henry . In April 2012 she got the role of Aubrey Bradimore in Silent Night , the remake of the cult horror film Silent Night, Deadly Night . In July 2012 the music video Summertime Sadness by Lana Del Rey was released , in which King - directed by her husband Kyle Newman - played alongside the singer. She had a leading role from 2011 to 2015 in the series Hart of Dixie alongside Rachel Bilson .
King has been married to Kyle Newman since 2007, whom she met while shooting the movie Fanboys . In early May 2013, King's first pregnancy became known. She gave birth to a son on September 7, 2013. King gave birth to another boy on July 16, 2015.
