Jan-David Bürger (* 1993 in Essen ) is a German actor .

Life

Bürger already played theater during his school days. Since 2008 he has appeared regularly in the Kulturforum Alte Post (school for art and theater) in Neuss . In the 2008/09 season he played there initially several smaller roles in the play Jesus von Texas based on the novel by DBC Pierre , directed by Jale Maria Gönenc; In 2013 he took on the leading role of Jesus Navarro in the play. In 2012/13 he played Oliver in the Shakespeare comedy As You Like It in the Kulturforum Alte Post . He also appeared in the 2011/12 season with the ensemble of the Junge Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf as Jewgenij Wassiljewitsch Bazarow in a stage version of the novel Fathers and Sons .

Since 2011, Bürger has starred in several cinema and television films. In Dror Zahavi's TV film Kehrtwende (2011) , he played the small role of Gino for the first time in front of the camera. He made his cinema debut in 2012 in the comedy The Wedding Video by Sönke Wortmann , in which he played the funky, somewhat crazy teenager Bernd. In 2012 he had a small role in the movie Transpapa .
