Jan Pascale (* in the 20th century ) is a production designer .

Life

Pascale began her career on the film staff in 1982 as a painter on the Stephen King - literary film adaptation Creepshow by George A. Romero . From the mid-1980s she worked as a production designer. Her early films include The Handmaid's Tale and Forever Young . She later worked on Syriana and Argo, among others . In addition to her work in film, Pascale has occasionally worked for television, for example in the television series Tales from the Crypt and Boston Public . She won the 2001 Primetime Emmy for the latter series .

For George Clooney's film drama Good Night, and Good Luck , she was together with James D. Bissell 2006 for the Oscar in the category Best Production Design nominated, but the award went this year to Memoirs of a Geisha . Pascale was nominated three times for the “Excellence in Production Design Award” of the Art Directors Guild between 2009 and 2016 , but could not win the award.
