Jason Thomas Orange was born on July 10, 1970 with his twin brother Justin in Crumpsall ( Manchester , Lancashire , England ) and raised in the Mormon faith.
Before joining the boy band Take That in 1990 , he worked as a painter in a car repair shop.
In the period between the separation and reunification of the band, he first tried his hand at acting and then attended South Trafford College in Manchester for two years (2001-2003), where he only finished school (A-Levels with a focus on English; degree comparable to Abitur) and then took preliminary university courses in psychology, biology, history and various learning techniques. In the end, however, he did not go to university.
Career
When Take That broke up in 1995, he tried his hand at acting after a sabbatical year and appeared in plays , among other things . For example, he was seen in 1999 in “Gob” , a production by Jim Kenworth at the King's Head Theater in London .
He left the group in 2014, during the initial stages of production of the band's seventh studio album. This was then given the title " III " to illustrate the renewed composition of the group, which from now on consists of three members - Barlow, Donald and Owen.
