background
The original dates were announced on November 8, 2014. All concerts (over 400,000 tickets) were sold out immediately after sales began, some of them exclusively through pre-orders. The tour has received numerous critical acclaim, and has been praised several times as the most spectacular show ever, compared to other current shows as well as to the other concert tours of the pop group itself, which is known as the greatest British live act of all time . After 42 shows in 14 cities, the trade magazine Pollstar placed them in 6th place in their top 100 global tours with gross revenue of 60.8 million US dollars and a visitor number of 558,156 (2015 half-year list).
Broadcasting and DVD publishing
On May 12, 2015 it was announced that the show on June 19 would be recorded in the O₂-Arena in London and processed as a concert film. The concert was also broadcast in cinemas in over 20 countries around the world, some of it live. A trailer of just over a minute was published on the YouTube channel and the group's homepage. In this trailer, material from concerts that have already taken place on the tour was cut together with behind-the-scenes material from the Progress Live production. On October 16, 2015, the band released a new single ( "Hey Boy" ). The release of the live recordings on DVD together with an updated version of the album with four songs added under the name " I I I - 2015 Edition " was hereby announced and released for pre-order.
