Jeremy Miliker (* 2008 in St. Johann im Pongau ) is an Austrian actor .

Life

Jeremy Miliker attended a casting for the film The Best of All Worlds directed by Adrian Goiginger at the age of seven and was cast for the lead role. He plays the role of Adrian, the son of a woman addicted to heroin, played by Verena Altenberger , who tries to overcome her addiction and hide from her son, whom she loves above all else and for whom she would like to be the best possible mother. The film premiered at the Berlinale 2017 and was awarded the Kompass-Perspektive-Förderpreis. As part of the 2018 Romy Awards, Jeremy Miliker was awarded a Romy for his performance in The Best of All Worlds in the Best Young Male category as the youngest winner to date .

In 2017 he was also seen in the television film Die Notlüge from the series Stadtkomödie at the side of Andreas Kiendl , Brigitte Hobmeier , Josef Hader and Pia Hierzegger , in which he embodied the role of Luki. He was also in front of the camera for the TV film Steirerkind by Wolfgang Murnberger from the Landkrimi series . Also in 2017 he turned to the family drama balancing of Vivian Naefe .

In 2018, he played the title role for the ZDF series Magical Moments for the Christmas film Paul's Christmas wish, alongside Petra Schmidt-Schaller , Axel Stein and Matthias Koeberlin in front of the camera. He also shot for the ORF miniseries M - A City Seeks a Murderer by David Schalko and for the film Narcissus and Goldmund by Stefan Ruzowitzky as a young Goldmund.

In autumn 2018, he was part of the jury for the children's cookery show The Last Judgment on Puls 4 .
