Jessica Trengove (born August 15, 1987 in North Adelaide , City of Adelaide ) is an Australian long-distance runner who specializes in the marathon .

In 2010 she was third in the half marathon competition of the Gold Coast Marathon and came in 24th place at the World Half Marathon Championships in Nanning . In 2011 she came 71st at the World Cross Country Championships in Punta Umbría , finished second in Gold Coast and won the Melbourne Marathon half marathon .

The following year she finished 14th in the Nagoya Marathon on her debut on the 42.195 km distance , qualifying for the 2012 Olympic Games in London, where she came in 39th.

In 2013 she was again second and eleventh in the marathon of the World Athletics Championships in Moscow in the Gold Coast half marathon . In 2014 she finished twelfth in Nagoya and won bronze at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow .

In 2015 she came in 55th place at the Cross Country World Championships in Guiyang . She came second in the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon half marathon and fourth in the Gold Coast half marathon.

In 2010 she became Australian Cross Country Champion .
