Yevgeny Vladimirovich Rymarew ( Russian Евгений Владимирович Рымарев ; born September 9, 1988 in Ust-Kamenogorsk , Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh ice hockey player who has been under contract with Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk in the Wysschaja Hockey League since 2017 .

Career

Yevgeny Rymarew began his career as an ice hockey player in the youth division of Kaszink-Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk , for whose second team he was active from 2004 to 2007 in the Pervaya League , the third Russian division. He then made his debut for the professional team Torpedos in the second-rate Vysschaya League in the 2007/08 season , while he ran parallel for the second team in the Pervaya League and the Kazakh Championship . The left-handed shooter won the Kazakh Cup with the professional team and came third in the IIHF Continental Cup at European level .

In the summer of 2008 Rymarew was obliged by Barys Astana from the newly formed Continental Hockey League , for which he scored nine goals in four seasons in 121 games and gave twelve templates. In 2012 he returned to his home club, for which he now played in the Wysschaja Hockey League . In the 2012/13 season he achieved the best plus / minus balance in the league. In 2014 he started a new attempt at Barys Astana in the KHL, but returned to Ust-Kamenogorsk in November of that year before he switched to HK Saryarka Karaganda in December 2014 , for which he was in the Vysschaya Hockey League was on the ice. Then Rymarew returned to Barys in the KHL and is also used at Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk in the WysHL. Since 2017 he has played exclusively for Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk.

International

For Kazakhstan , Rymarew took part in the junior division at the U18 World Championships in Division I in 2005 and 2006 , when he was also voted best striker of the tournament as top scorer, as well as the U20 World Championship in Division I in 2007 and the U20 World Championship in the Top Division in 2008 when he and the American Colin Wilson became the tournament's top scorer. He also played for Kazakhstan at the 2013 Winter Universiade, where he finished second with his team behind Russia.
