Joachim von Volkmar

Joachim von Volkmar also Joachim von Volkmann († May 3, 1662 ) was a Swedish general .

Life

Joachim came from a noble family from New Mark - Pomerania . His grandparents were Joachim von Volkmann, who came to Pomerania from Flanders during the Eighty Years War , and Katharina von Grabow . His father Hans von Volkmann was a princely Pomeranian Privy Councilor in Wolgast .

Joachim was the heir to Grandhof (Granow) , Repzin and Rienow .
