Jordan Nolan (born June 23, 1989 in St. Catharines , Ontario ) is a Canadian ice hockey player who has been under contract with the St. Louis Blues in the National Hockey League since July 2018 and at the same time for their farm team, the San Antonio Rampage , in the American Hockey League is used. Previously, the attacker spent seven years in the organization of the Los Angeles Kings , with whom he won the Stanley Cup in 2012 and 2014 . His father Ted Nolan and brother Brandon Nolan were also professional ice hockey players.
Career
Jordan Nolan began his career as a hockey player in the Canadian Junior League Ontario Hockey League , in which he played for the Erie Otters , Windsor Spitfires and Sault Ste from 2005 to 2010 . Marie Greyhounds was active. During this period he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft 2009 in the seventh round as a total of 186th player by the Los Angeles Kings .
For their farm team Ontario Reign from the ECHL , he made his debut in senior ice hockey towards the end of the 2009/10 season , scoring a goal and an assist in three games. The winger spent the entire 2010/11 season with the Kings' other farm team, the Manchester Monarchs from the American Hockey League (AHL). After he had started the 2011/12 season there, he was on the ice for the first time for the Los Angeles Kings in the National Hockey League , where he was finally able to earn a regular place from February 2012.
He subsequently won the Stanley Cup with the Kings in 2012 and 2014 . As part of the preparation for the 2017/18 season he should be sent to the AHL via the waiver , but was signed by the Buffalo Sabers . He then signed a one-year contract with the St. Louis Blues as a free agent in July 2018 .
