Juan Molinar Horcasitas

Juan Francisco Molinar Horcasitas (born December 18, 1955 in Chihuahua , † May 20, 2015 in Mexico City ) was a Mexican political scientist , university professor and politician of the Partido Acción Nacional (PAN), who was General Director of the Institute for Social Security between 2006 and 2009 IMSS ( Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social ) and then from 2009 to 2011 Minister for Communication and Transport SCT ( Secretarío de Comunicaciones y Transportes ) in the government ofPresident Felipe Calderón was.

After attending school, Molinar Horcasitas studied political science at El Colegio de México (COLMEX), which he completed with a master's degree.
