Juozas Bernatonis (born September 8, 1953 in Kaunas ) is a Lithuanian social democratic politician and diplomat , former minister of interior and justice .

education

After graduating from secondary school in Kaunas in 1971, Juozas Bernatonis completed a diploma in chemical technology at the Polytechnic Institute and, from 1987 to 1990, an aspirantur and a doctorate at the Political University in Prague .
