Jón Magnússon was Prime Minister of Iceland from 1917 to 1922 and 1924 to 1926

The Cabinet Jón Magnússon III was a government of the independent state of Iceland , which deals with the agreement of 1 December 1918 by Denmark breaking away, but the common King of the Kingdom of Denmark and the Kingdom of Iceland Christian X was assumed. It was formed on March 22, 1924 and replaced the Sigurður Eggerz cabinet . It remained in office until July 8, 1926, after which it was replaced by the cabinet of Jón Þorláksson . Only members of the Conservative Party (Íhaldsflokkurinn) belonged to the cabinet .
