The Cabinet Kaarlo Castren was the fourth Cabinet in the history of Finland . It was in office from April 17, 1919 to August 15, 1919 (121 days).

The cabinet consisted of members of the Liberal National Progressive Party, the Swedish People's Party and the Landbund.
