The Jäätteenmäki cabinet was the 68th cabinet in the history of Finland . It was in office from April 17 to June 24, 2003. The parties involved were the Center Party (KESK), the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and the Swedish People's Party (RKP). It was the first Finnish government to be led by a woman. It consisted of 8 ministers each from the Center and the Social Democrats and 2 ministers from the Swedish People's Party.

The center won the 2003 general election by a narrow margin over the Social Democratic Party of incumbent Prime Minister Paavo Lipponen . After allegations that she had used illegally obtained documents in the election campaign, Jäätteenmäki submitted her resignation on June 18, 2003.
