The Lipponen I cabinet was the 66th cabinet in Finnish history . It was sworn in on April 13, 1995 and released on April 15, 1999. Participating parties were SDP , National Collection Party , Swedish People's Party and Green Bund . It was nicknamed the Rainbow Cabinet because of the various parties .
