The Canton Limoges-Panazol was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Limoges , in Haute-Vienne and in the region of Limousin ; its main town was Limoges . Bernard Delage ( PS ) was the representative in the General Council of the Department from 1992 to 2010 . He was followed by Laurent Lafaye (also PS).
