The District of Saint-Germain-les-Belles was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Limoges , in Haute-Vienne and in the region of Limousin ; its capital was Saint-Germain-les-Belles . Marc Ditlecadet ( DVG ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1985 to 2015 .
