Kelly Ray AuCoin (born February 14, 1967 in Hillsboro , Oregon ) is an American film, television and theater actor .

Life

Kelly AuCoin was born in Oregon to Les and Sue AuCoin. After his father was elected to the United States Congress, the family lived in Washington, DC from 1975. AuCoin studied at Oberlin College .

He has appeared in film and television since the mid-1990s.

From 2014 he was in the agent series The Americans as Pastor Tim . In 2015 he took on the role of Gary Stamper in House of Cards . Since 2016 AuCoin has played the role of Bill "Dollar" Stearn in the television series Billions .

He is married to the dancer Carolyn Hall. The couple live in Brooklyn .
