Kismara Pessatti (born June 3, 1974 in Curitiba ) is a Brazilian opera and concert singer ( alto ).

Life

The Brazilian opera singer studied singing (Escola de Música e Belas Artes do Paraná) and acting ( Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná ) in her home country , and she received her diploma in opera at the Hanns Eisler Music Academy (Norma Sharp, Júlia Várady ) in Berlin - and concert singer. She continued her education in master classes by Thomas Hampson , Francisco Araiza , Reri Grist , Ruth Rohner and Alberto Zedda . After a membership in the Opera Studio, she was a member of the ensemble at the Zurich Opera House from 2003 to 2008 .
