Szikszó small area

The small area Szikszó (Hungarian: Szikszói kistérség ) was a Hungarian administrative unit ( LAU 1) within the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county until the end of 2012 . In the course of the administrative reform of 2013, with one exception, all municipalities were transferred to the following district of Szikszó (Hungarian: Szikszói járás ). The community Felsődobsza was assigned to the Gönc district .

At the end of 2012, the small area had 18,335 inhabitants on an area of ​​299.95 km². The administrative seat was in the only city Szikszó (5.5892 Ew.).
