Kollmitzdörfl is a village and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Raabs an der Thaya in the Waidhofen an der Thaya district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 35 building areas with 15,914 m² and 49 gardens on 17,621 m² in the cadastral municipality of Kollmitzdörfl , in 1989/1990 there were 36 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 177 and in 2009/2010 there were 49 buildings on 105 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is shaped by forestry. 110 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 251 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 97 hectares and 262 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 92 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 259 hectares. The average soil climate number of Kollmitzdörfl is 25.9 (as of 2010).
