Oberpfaffendorf is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Raabs an der Thaya in the Waidhofen an der Thaya district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 22 building areas with 11,514 m² and 20 gardens on 26,483 m² in the cadastral municipality of Oberpfaffendorf , in 1989/1990 there were 23 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 40 and in 2009/2010 there were 21 buildings on 40 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 97 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 78 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was practiced on 99 hectares and 78 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 95 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 78 hectares. The average soil climate number of Oberpfaffendorf is 25.5 (as of 2010).
