Zabernreith is a village and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Raabs an der Thaya in the district of Waidhofen an der Thaya in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 32 building areas with 17,338 m² and 43 gardens on 38,737 m² in the cadastral community of Zabernreith , in 1989/1990 there were 32 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 64 and in 2009/2010 there were 29 buildings on 65 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 243 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 55 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 239 hectares and 61 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 239 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 59 hectares. The average soil climate of Zabernreith is 35.1 (as of 2010).
