Unterpertholz is a place and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Raabs an der Thaya in the district of Waidhofen an der Thaya in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 54 building areas with 30,364 m² and 43 gardens on 19,755 m² in the cadastral community Unterpertholz , in 1989/1990 there were 54 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 82 and in 2009/2010 there were 70 buildings on 129 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 421 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 176 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 423 hectares and 175 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 404 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 178 hectares. The average soil climate of Unterpertholz is 35.8 (as of 2010).
